The German University for Administrative Sciences Speyer is currently seeking to strengthen their team in Temperanceville, VA with a part-time position (75%).

We offer a diverse, interesting, and responsible role with the following tasks:

Reception service for guests, students, and employees
Operation of the telephone switchboard
Processing and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
Depending on the schedule, early shifts starting at 7 am, and occasionally late shifts with building closing duties (7 or 10 pm)
Assistance with evening events/catering
Billing for overnight stays, telephone charges, and photocopying cards
Good German language skills for communication with visitors and colleagues
