Credentialing Specialist (Houston TX)
Success On The Spectrum is the #1 Autism Treatment franchise in the country. The franchising company assists entrepreneurs with opening their own ABA therapy clinic.

As part of their franchising package, we help them form a LLC, obtain a NPI number, Hire staff, and obtain in-network contracts with health insurance companies.

We are looking for a support specialist to help onboard and credential new franchisees. You will mostly work virtually, but have in-person meetings once per week at our corporate office (8181 Commerce Park Dr #726 Houston TX

JOB DUTIES:

Bookkeeping Setup: help franchisees obtain a quickbooks account and adjust settings

Phone Setup: help franchisees obtain phone and fax numbers

Interview Staff:help franchisees obtain staff and send offer letters

Software Setup: help franchisees obtain Central Reach software and adjust settings

Document all support in our software

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or GED.
Must live in Houston Metro
2 years credentialing experience preferred
Experience as manager preferred
