    Job Description Salary:
    $55,000-110,000

    Summary

    Primarily responsible for planning, designing, executing, and overseeing mechanical systems in construction projects and, managing the day-to-day mechanical construction processes.

    Minimum Qualifications
    Education – Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related area; Master's degree preferred.

    • 5 years of experience in mechanical construction engineering.
    Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is preferred.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    Proficiency in engineering software, mechanical systems, tools, and equipment.
    Knowledge of construction related documentation, submittals, drawings, reports, etc.
    Good knowledge of construction industry regulations.
    Microsoft office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and PDF experience.
    Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

    Essential Functions
    Develop mechanical construction project plans and specifications.
    Coordinate with contractors and oversee the installation of mechanical systems.
    Analyze and resolve mechanical engineering issues and challenges.
    Support senior engineers in project execution and coordination.
    Ensure project completion within budget, scope, and timeline.
    Assist mechanical construction work such as utility piping and HVAC.
    Adhere to and enforce safety and quality standards.
    Review and maintain compliance with government regulations and ordinances.
    Perform other duties as assigned.
