Team Leader for Patient Administration and Billing (m/f/d)

What to expect:

Coordination and assurance of workflows in patient administration
Coordination and assurance of inpatient billing
Monitoring and optimization of cost control
Ensuring elective services management and acting as a contact for external billing service providers
Participation in department and cross-location projects

What you bring:

Business administration or comparable degree (Bachelor), ideally with a focus on healthcare or hospital management, or commercial training with relevant further education
Professional and leadership experience in the billing department of a hospital or a statutory health insurance association
Knowledge of SAP system, especially in the IS-H module, would be advantageous
Analytical skills and conceptual thinking
