    Description
    The Motorhand is responsible for the generators, equipment, and systems that power the rig and drilling activities. Additional responsibilities include off-loading materials, maintaining equipment, and assisting in rig up and rig down.

    The Motorhand works closely with and oversees Floorhands on the rig floor, assists the Derrickhand as needed, and assists the Driller in day-to-day operations.

    The Derrickhand is responsible for the mud systems. This includes measuring mud weight and viscosity, mixing chemicals, and maintaining mud pumps, shakers, and tanks. Other responsibilities include steadying pipe during connections/disconnections and guiding pipe into and out of elevators.

    The Derrickhand works closely with and oversees the Floorhands and Motorhand and works under the supervision of the Driller and assists in day-to-day operations.

    The Driller is responsible for monitoring well conditions and drilling parameters. Additional responsibilities include delegating tasks to Derrickhand, Motorhand, and Floorhands based on drilling activities.

    The Driller must be able to communicate with a variety of employees and third parties including Customer representatives and Directional Driller.

    The Floorhand assists the Motorhand, Derrickhand, and Driller in day-to-day rig operations. Major responsibilities include general maintenance and cleaning, checking the rig and equipment, and assisting in drilling activities. The Floorhand is responsible for making drill pipe connections and tripping pipe in/out of the drilling hole. This is an entry-level job that provides initial introductory training and substantial on-the-job training.

    The Shop Technician 3 will operate in the local remanufacture and service facility at a fully competent level performing in a wide variety of situations producing a wide range of products.


    Duties include:
    increasingly complex assembly of equipment including top drives, iron roughnecks, frac/mud pumps, electric/hydraulic systems, and related oilfield equipment. This position will work under the direction of the Shop Supervisor.

    The Shop Technician 2 will operate in the local remanufacture and service facility at an intermediary level performing in a wide variety of situations producing a wide range of products.

    Duties include increasingly complex assembly of equipment including top drives, iron roughnecks, frac/mud pumps, electric/hydraulic systems, and related oilfield equipment.

    This position will work under the direction of the Shop Supervisor. The Warehouse Assistant performs all warehouse tasks related to shipping, receiving and inventory control.

    The candidate will work both independently and as part of a team and is expected to collaborate effectively with other department employees/third parties when required.

    The Warehouse Associate 2 will be responsible for the day to day activities and all tasks associated with the receipt, storage, shipment of product/materials used in the warehouse of an oilfield remanufacture facility.

    Short Description for Internal Candidates The Rig Manager is responsible for every aspect of daily rig operations and supervises all employees working on the rig as well as drilling activities and rig equipment.

    This includes compliance with Company policies, rules and regulations, ensuring that employees and onsite personnel are working safely, planning maintenance and minimizing rig down time.

    The Rig Manager provides leadership, safety compliance and direction in resolving operational and personnel issues.

    The Rig Manager is also responsible for planning and directing drilling operations, rig moves, as well as regular communication with Company personnel, third parties and Customer representatives.

    The Yard Technician 2 is responsible for assisting in yard maintenance, shipping and receiving in the yard, inventory processing for the yard and of tubular goods and processing Equipment and Asset Management (EAM) transactions for the region.

    Non-technical duties will include routine house cleaning of the yard and shop spaces and equipment, cleaning equipment/parts, moving equipment around the yard and participating in various meetings, trainings and development activities.

    This position reports to the Equipment & Yard Supervisor (EYS).

    The Software Developer is responsible for software architecture, design, development, testing, and debugging of new software and producing significant enhancements to existing software.

    Conducts complex business process analysis, needs assessments, participates in design sessions with the business in order to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.

    Undertakes complex projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge in software design and development. Comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. Should be self-driven and work with minimal supervision. The Wellbore Positioning Specialist 1 is responsible for ensuring service delivery of all Superior QC Operations.

    This includes pre run verification and post run analysis; documentation and follow-up of all issues within Operations; well planning communications; survey management and other tasks as assigned.
