    Excellent position is now available in a fast growing, multi-family real estate and property management firm for a Strong Sales and Customer Service oriented full time Leasing Consultant at a High End Luxury Apartment Community in lovely downtown Vancouver, WA.

    Leasing Consultant – Multi-family Commercial Real Estate

    Attractive wages plus Excellent Commission Structure. This is a full time position.

    Seeking Individual with Very Strong Sales and Customer Service experience or attitude.

    The Leasing Consultant will be accountable for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, prospective residents, and team members. You will assist the Community Manager in daily operations, sales, marketing, resident satisfaction and profitability of the 167-unit apartment community in Vancouver, WA. This team member must understand and successfully reach owner's objectives and financial goals through strong sales and marketing skills.

    A successful Leasing Consultant will:

    Demonstrate strong Customer Service and Sales skills.

    Assist the Community Manager in generating income by monitoring market conditions and attracting and retaining residents.

    Manage the leasing process, from start to finish by presenting our community in a compelling way, overcoming objections, building relationships and creating excitement.

    Handle monetary transaction, deposits, rents, deposit accounting and back deposits.

    Be responsible for 3 day notices, delinquency, etc.

    Demonstrate strong customer service, organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills

    Champion the Green Leaf brand to team members and colleagues.

    Candidates must have proven success demonstrating superb customer service, sales, problem-solving, decision-making, multitasking, communication, and organizational skills. Must thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. Strong customer service background required. Entrata experience is a plus, but not required. Property Management experience is also a plus, but not required.

    Experience in Luxury apartments or mid rises is also a plus.

    Commission Structure has very high potential.
