The Al Angelo Company has an opening for a full-time Leasing Consultant in Vancouver, WA.

The Al Angelo Company is a third-generation Property Management Company with properties in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Arizona. We are seeking a full-time leasing consultant to join our team of fantastic professionals If you are looking for a new, reliable industry to start a career in, look no further We offer on the job training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualified candidates for the Leasing Consultant position would demonstrate qualities such as dependable, excellent customer service skills, strong in multitasking and extremely motivated. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have great attention to detail, upbeat, personable, reliable and have excellent organization skills.

The Leasing Consultant position would include, but not limited to, the following duties:

Touring prospective residents
Follow up with prospects by phone, email or text
Collect and review applications and background checks
Prepare rental agreement documents for signing
Social media marketing
Retaining current residents
Planning resident functions
Responding to resident concerns
Communicate regularly with the rest of the management team
Being part of a team and having fun while providing great customer service
