Your Responsibilities Through targeted use of activating methods, the residents' joy of life should be maintained. Existing abilities should be promoted, as well as new skills learned and lost skills compensated for. In close collaboration with the primary care team, you define individual activations for the residents. In addition, you offer group activities tailored to the needs of the participants. Your Profile You have completed training as an HF activation specialist and speak perfect (Swiss) German.

It is essential that you have professional experience in geriatrics, and preferably practical experience in everyday life design with people with cognitive impairments and a basic training in basal stimulation.
