Our goal is to provide a competitively priced product while making the landlord's life easier.We are looking for an individual that is competent with 21st century technology, wants to learn about real estate investing, and has energy.
Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas from paint splatters
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate protective gear
Requirements:
- Must have driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have basic painting hand tools.
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as scrapers, sanders, and brushes
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to produce highquality work
- Physical stamina to stand and bend for extended periods of time
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
