The Position:


The
IVI Regional Practice Director provides leadership, strategic direction and management to the locations under his/her jurisdiction in accordance with the policies, procedures, objectives and philosophy of IVI RMA.


This position is responsible for enhancing and tangibly improving the operational efficiency and operational controls of the assigned location(s) including but not limited to process improvement, work flow, clinical processes, systems implementation, organizational dynamics, managerial mentoring, adhering to budgetary goals and professional development.


An outstanding IVI Regional Practice Director will be someone whose administrative expertise contributes to the provision of exceptional healthcare services.

This position works collaboratively with the IVI America Leadership and Medical Director(s) of the Practice to facilitate revenue growth.


Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership in collaboration with the Medical Director(s) to assure all team members (1) have a clear sense of their role, (2) know the results expected, (3) understand and accomplish what is required to achieve Practice goals and objectives, (4) know how well the Practice is performing in relation to company KPI's, and (5) are motivated to achieve and continuously improve results.
  • Oversee and maintain coordination, communication, and overall operations for offices in assigned territory. Ensure the practice is compliant with company metrics and goals.
  • Continually assesses practice infrastructure, including information systems, billing and collection support and so forth, to ensure adequate support of current operations and planned growth. Communicate concerns and proposed solutions to the Medical Director(s).
  • Support budget goals, monitor expenditure, and perform daily financial management tasks.
  • Keep informed of trends in practice administration and healthcare regulations. Provide oversight of regulatory and compliance processes. Participate in Risk Management and external audit processes such as laboratory, OR/PACU credentialing and licensure processes (e.g. JACHO, AAAHC, CLIA, OSHA, etc.) in collaboration with IVI Leadership.
  • Liaise with corporate support (i.e. Marketing, HR, etc.) to promote optimal practice operations and employee relations.
  • Work with the Executive Director of Business Operations to manage projects associated with maintenance and growth of the practice.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or other related fields
  • At least five years' experience in practice administration and personnel management in a similar environment
  • Proficiency in electronic practice and health record management systems
  • Extensive experience in financial management
  • Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Indepth knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
