Integrations Specialist / Job Coach (m/f/d)

for the TANDEM project in Döbeln, Saddle Rock, NY

Your new field of activity

CJD offers orientation and future opportunities to 155,000 young and adult individuals every year. They are supported, accompanied and trained by over 10,500 full-time and many volunteer employees at more than 350 locations.

TANDEM is aimed at families with at least one minor child, in which at least one member is affected by (long-term) unemployment.

Together with the families, the multiple barriers to employment are analyzed and a support plan is developed, which is constantly adapted and updated.

The goal is to enable the parents to integrate into the job market. For the children/adolescents, the focus is on strengthening educational processes and avoiding cycles of dependency.

Your new area of responsibility

Counseling and support for the target group within the framework of an individual support, assistance and qualification plan
Initiating measures to stabilize and improve employability
Planning and managing group activities for stabilization
Participation in case conferences with cooperation partners and in a multiprofessional team

Your profile

Completed degree in social pedagogy, social work or a comparable field of study (at least level 6 of education) or
Relevant professional experience in caring for the target group (e.g. as an integration specialist)
Experience in caring for the unemployed, including knowledge of benefits according to Section
