We are currently hiring a full-time
Cash Application Specialist. We are seeking an organized and motivated person with proven office experience to join the accounting staff.

Atlas Companies consists of four different divisions:

Atlas Bobcat, Atlas Toyota Material Handling, Atlas International Lift Trucks, and Atlas First Access.

We are an authorized Toyota Forklift Dealer and Bobcat Dealer and also provide a variety of other material handling and warehouse solutions for companies of all sizes.

Your New Role:

Review and post high volumes of cash, ACH/wire, credit card and check remittances from customers
File documents pertaining to customers that have been assigned to an outside collection agency
Complete online filing of UCCs as needed
Match payments to the appropriate invoices to ensure payment is applied correctly
General office and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

What You'll Need to Succeed:

High School Diploma or equivalent degree
High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Initiate communication professionally and courteously
Previous office/credit experience is a plus
Ability to problem solve and multitask
Must exhibit the Atlas Core Values and present a positive and respectful professional image towards customers and coworkers
