- Provides excellent customer service to staff, physicians, and others who she/he comes in contact with during course of duties.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills in communicating staffing needs to staff and Nursing Mangement, ensures schedules are turned in on time and communicates any open shift needs timely.
- Maintains process to ensure contract labor files are current and available as needed.
- Servies as a role model for the Mission, Vision and Valures of the organization and fulfills other job duties as requested within Scope of Practice.
- Maintains current competencies as well as updated knowledge in specific area of practice.
- Exhibits customer and service-oriented behaviors in everyday work interactions.
- Demonstrates a courteous and respectful attitude to internal workforce and external customers
- Provides accurate and timely written and verbal communication of information in a manner that is understood by all
- Able to listen, understand, problem-solve and carry-out duties to ensure the optimal outcome.
- Able to use IT systems in an accurate and proficient manner.

- High school equivalent with a minimum of 1 year college preferred
