    Each of our Pipeline hospitals is proud to boast a number of awards and accreditations for critical services. Working together, our Los Angeles hospitals have created a successful Patient Hub - a transfer center that moves eligible patients from other hospitals to available beds in our hospitals for quality care.

    Staffing Coordinator

    Essential Job Duties:
    • Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency in scheduling staff and registries, transcribing schedule changes and maintaining a current Master schedule.
    • Provides excellent customer service to staff, physicians, and others who she/he comes in contact with during course of duties.
    • Demonstrates excellent communication skills in communicating staffing needs to staff and Nursing Mangement, ensures schedules are turned in on time and communicates any open shift needs timely.
    • Maintains process to ensure contract labor files are current and available as needed.
    • Servies as a role model for the Mission, Vision and Valures of the organization and fulfills other job duties as requested within Scope of Practice.
    • Maintains current competencies as well as updated knowledge in specific area of practice.

    Communication/Knowledge:
    • Provides accurate and timely written and verbal communication of information in a manner that is understood by all

    • Able to use IT systems in an accurate and proficient manner.
    Collaboration/Teamwork:
    • Contributes toward effective, positive working relationships with internal and external collogues
    • Demonstrates cooperation, flexibility, reliability, and dependability in all daily work activities and a willingness to collaborate with others for the good of the customer and the organization.
    Education/Experience:
    • High school equivalent with a minimum of 1 year college preferred
    • Minimum of 1 year in an acute care setting
