Description
Operate mixing equipment to blend ingredients according to recipes and production schedules

  • Measure and weigh ingredients accurately
  • Monitor mixing process to ensure consistency and quality of products
  • Adjust mixing time, speed, and temperature as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the mixing area
  • Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth production flow

Skills:


  • Experience in the food industry or culinary background preferred
  • Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot mixing equipment
  • Ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately
  • Knowledge of food handling and safety practices, including HACCP guidelines
  • Familiarity with food production processes and techniques

Salary:
$20.05 per hour + Overtime

Expected hours:
No more than 60 per week
