    Job Summary:

    Exact, Inc (a division of Chancey Metals, LLC) is seeking Maintenance Personnel to join our team. Maintenance Personnel are responsible for the repair and maintenance of all manufacturing and support equipment. This role involves executing corrective and preventative maintenance procedures, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess a strong knowledge of various systems, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC, and electro-mechanical systems. The ability to read and understand prints and drawings, operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, and maintain a clean and organized work area are essential for success in this role.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    · Maintain tools associated with the repair and maintenance of all manufacturing and support equipment

    · Follow quality procedures and communicate discrepancies to supervision

    · Perform and document corrective and preventative maintenance on all manufacturing and support equipment

    · Notify management of any shortages, quality issues or repairs needed on all manufacturing and support equipment

    · Operate pallet jack and forklift equipment

    · Read and understand prints and drawings

    · Perform detailed measurements to determine equipment manufacturer specifications from technical manuals or drawings

    · Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC and electro-mechanical systems

    · Lubricate pumps, motors and rotating equipment to proper capacities and levels

    · Know the quality system as it relates to the repair and maintenance of manufacturing equipment

    · Troubleshoot and repair all equipment used in our manufacturing process

    · Housekeep area

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    · Knowledge of methods, materials, and equipment used in the repairs and maintenance of all manufacturing and support equipment

    · Ability to read and comprehend standard instructions, short correspondence, and memos; including safety, instructional and procedural manuals

    · Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

    · Ability to present information in one-on-one and group situations with fellow employees and customers

    · Ability to make basic mathematical calculations related to daily job functions

    · Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables

    · Ability to apply commonsense in understanding and carrying out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

    Education and Experience:

    · Highschool diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

    Additional Requirements:

    · Abide by proper safety procedures at all times including wearing PPE

    · Lifting up to 50lbs

    · Sufficient manual dexterity to use arms, hands and fingers
