    Our Clinical Director with 25 years of ABA experience will guide you to become more than a Registered behavior technician

    Feel accomplished and fulfilled without overworking and enjoying a REAL work life balance with a schedule that works, no more than a 30-minute drive and working alongside our phenomenal BCBAs that care about you and want to help you learn and grow in the ABA field as an RBT

    MUST HAVE:

    • An active RBT certification from the website.

    Other Requirements for our RBTs/Registered Behavior Technicians:

    • Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
    • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
    • Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
    • Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes
    • Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism
