The HOST GmbH, with approximately 240 employees, provides facility management services for the University Hospital Frankfurt am Main and other healthcare facilities.

Our tasks include technical maintenance management, energy and environmental management, and project management for over 70 buildings covering approximately 360,000 square meters on the University Hospital Frankfurt campus.

The Business Administration department, consisting of 20 employees, is responsible for all commercial matters within the company. The diverse tasks include accounting and controlling, human resources management, procurement, warehouse and fleet management. In addition, we also provide further services for the University Hospital Frankfurt through real estate and lock management.

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a full-time or part-time
HR Generalist / Personnel Officer (m/f/d) in Shipman, IL.

In this role, you will:

Support and advise managers and employees on all personnelrelated issues and topics.
Manage recruiting and onboarding processes and collaborate with the works council on all matters.
Also handle administrative tasks from hiring to termination and work closely with the HR administration and other interface partners.
Continuously optimize existing processes and develop new processes, guidelines, and concepts related to personnel topics.
Support and assist with personnel development and change management.
Work on projects and take on a leadership role and provide input on personnelrelated topics.
