    Grindley Williams Engineering is looking for a Professional Forensic Engineer in Northeast, FL. Our engineers manage and conduct field reconnaissance for forensic engineering exploration projects. Draft engineering reports utilizing the format(s) of Grindley Williams Engineering. Communicate and meet with clients as necessary to maintain existing relationships and foster new ones. Provide quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) review and internal peer review of engineering reports, plans, etc. Provide leadership to junior-level staff and peers alike.

    Ability to travel in and out of the state for work up to five (5) business days at a time.

    Must possess a valid drivers license with a driving record that complies with GWEs commercial vehicle insurance requirements.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    Bachelor of Science in Engineering required; Must have (PE) license in Georgia, Texas, Louisiana, and Florida or in process of acquiring.

    Requires proven multi-tasking capabilities. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and time demands in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.


    • Job Type: Full-time
    Pay-Scale

    * $100k-$140k based on experience and licensing. Bi-Weekly pay

    Ability to commute/relocate:

    • Florida: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

    License/Certification:

    • Professional Engineer (Required)

    Willingness to travel:

    • 50% (Preferred)

    • On the road
    • Should be located in the central or southern Georgia area or northern/northeast Florida.
    • Must be willing to travel to Atlanta area if they dont live in central GA
