We are currently offering a remote Sales Operations Intern position in Germany with South Point.

JinkoSolar (NYSE: JKS) is one of the largest solar module manufacturers in the world. We provide solar products and solutions to a diverse international customer base, including utility, commercial, and residential clients. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Sales Operations Intern/Student to help drive our growth in the EU.

What our Sales Operations team does:

Our Operations team supports Sales by managing contracts and ensuring timely supply for sales demand. We also handle communication and coordination with finance, logistics, and customers to ensure on-time payment and delivery.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide overall support to our Operations team in contract creation, execution, and recognition
  • Communicate and coordinate with various departments for operational requirements
  • Prepare order fulfillment documents
  • Manage reporting and data
  • Register suppliers for customers
  • Maintain and update internal documentation
  • Book and maintain systems in CRM and ERP systems
  • Prepare project data and presentations
