    Description

    Astute People Inc is partnering with Anaerobic Digestion / RNG Owner & Operator to recruit a Plant Manager for a facility near Baltimore.

    The Plant Manager role comes with a salary of up to $150,000, great bonus potential, benefits package including medical & 401K.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    Reporting to the Director of Operations you will:

    • Take full responsibility for the plant, leading on all operational, maintenance, profitability and health and safety matters.
    • Develop and setting SOPs
    • Manage the site's budget.
    • Lead, train and develop a team of Operators / Engineering & Technicians.
    • Work with the Senior Management Team across the business to set policies and help improve O&M procedures.

    Professional qualifications

    We are looking for someone with the following:

    • Experience managing a process plant (RNG, AD, Power Plant, Waste Water, Waste Management)
    • A proven track record of leading, training and developing O&M teams.
    • Strong communication skills, and a record of presenting data to stakeholders.
