JOB DESCRIPTION

Service technician for the field of calibration, maintenance, and repair.

Responsibilities:

Independent handling of orders in the areas of maintenance, calibration, and adjustment of measuring and testing equipment on-site at the customer's location
Installation of systems, machines, and components.
Inspection of systems and equipment, performing modifications and repairs
Support for our customers (in writing and in person, over the phone)
On-site commissioning and preparations
Assistance with daily office/workshop tasks

• To achieve our goals and complete our tasks, travel of approximately 25-35% of working time will be necessary.

Requirements:

Education in a field of electrical engineering, electronics, telecommunications, or relevant work experience in repairing, maintaining, and calibrating electrical testing equipment and dimensional measuring devices
Electrical and electronic knowledge, ability to read schematics, and troubleshoot
Proficiency in German + good knowledge of English
Good computer skills and flexibility
