Job Summary:


Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and implementation
• Coordinate project activities and ensure all deadlines are met
• Communicate project progress to team members and stakeholders
• Assist in budget management and cost tracking
• Support the project manager in resolving issues and mitigating risks
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to achieve project goals

Requirements:

• Proficiency in project management software such as ProCore, Primavera, or similar tools
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with construction estimating and project coordination
• Knowledge of contract management and negotiation
• Familiarity with Bluebeam, HeavyBid, or related software is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
