As a Senior Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the daily operations of our senior care services
  • Work closely with scheduler building the schedule by assigning Home Health Aides to clients based on clients' needs and requirements.
  • Quality assurance and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Director of Nursing in supervising and mentoring our team of compassionate cargivers, ensuring they deliver highquality care that meets the individual needs and preferences of each client.
  • Work closely with our RN's coordinating clients' assessments.
  • Perform intakes of potential clients.
  • Participate in oncall rotation assigment.
  • Other projects as assigned.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • An associates's degree OR at least 2 years in home care or related field.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer and software skills.
  • A positive attitude and a customer service orientation.
  • A commitment to our mission and values.
  • Bilingual, Spanish/Engilsh a plus but NOT required.
