In-house 1st and 2nd level support (acceptance, error analysis, problem solving) Operation, maintenance, and further development of the use of the existing IT infrastructure (hardware and software) at the central headquarters and for our approximately 50 facilities in Frankfurt Support of the entire Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services infrastructure including the associated roles and components Analysis of IT problems and troubleshooting remotely and on-site at the facilities Planning, implementation, and documentation of IT projects Coordination and execution of system migrations as well as new system introductions Consulting of departments in the facilities served and
