About the job
As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in growing service sales within hygienic fluid handling.
As part of this team, you will:
- Execute service programs and ensure they are successful within the region by supporting the entire lifecycle of the current and US Legacy Products.
- Focus on End-User OEM Part Usage, while engaging Distribution in growing the service business
- Work with team to find, develop and grow Service Providers in the regions
- Execute regional sales and marketing plan for the service programs
- Grow spares for all HFH products through the use of Channel Partners and Service Providers to include Store Room OEM Part Setup, Maintenance Procedures at End Users.
- Develop and maintain significant knowledge of the market and, in particular, the growing strength of competitors, nonOEM providers
- Assess technical acumen of sales team & distribution partners on the service offering and support training to enhance
- Followup on all large Service & Spares Project Opportunities
What you know:
Bachelor's Degree - engineering preferred or related experience.
Experience with multiple channels of distribution including direct sales, national accounts, distributors or direct marketing
Experience to reflect a keen sense of urgency to make things happen through effective planning; and the commitment to monitor, control, follow-up and take corrective actions.
Team player with strong evidence of leadership and motivational skills, as influence over those without direct authority is key to program success.

At Alfa Laval, we carefully consider a wide range of factors to determine your total compensation package. We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job, background, skills, and experience to get it right.
