Gifford Health Care, located in Randolph, VT, is seeking a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner who is interested in joining a practice that is committed to changing the healthcare delivery experience for both patients and providers.

As a Hospitalist, you will join a team of physicians and other advance practice providers caring for inpatient adults (average census runs This is an adult population on our Medical Surgical Unit.

You will manage the entire continuum of care from admission through the stay to the discharge, performing at a similar level to that of the hospitalist physicians.

We have a rewarding schedule that promotes work life balance with a typical schedule of three to five 12-hour shifts in a 2-week period.
