    Grill Cook– Hawksmoor New York:

    Hawksmoor New York opened to rave reviews in 2021 and welcomed guests into our beautiful restaurant, based in a National Historic Landmark- The United Charities Building.

    We are now excited to commence a search for a Grill Cook to own our charcoal grill and ensure our award winning beef and seafood is being cooked to a world class level. Ideally you'll have premium restaurant experience, be confident on working with beef and a team player.

    Key responsibilities of the role include:

    • Food quality and consistency
    • Efficiency of services/kitchen
    • Health & Safety
    • Maintenance of Grill
    • Giving support to senior staff within the team FOH/BOH
    • To support the Executive Chef
    • A good understanding of Product / Company recipes / Systems


    To be considered for the role you will have:

    • Experience working in some of the best kitchens in New York.
    • Comfortable and experienced with high volume businesses in terms of both covers and revenue.
    • Top management and interpersonal skills.
