Description
We are hiring a Warehouse Associate in Milwaukee. The warehouse associate is responsible for various tasks involved in the daily operations of a warehouse.

The job duties of a warehouse associate may include:

  • Receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse.
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient fulfillment of orders, including picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy by conducting physical counts and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
  • Operating various warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Keeping the warehouse clean and organized, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Assisting in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
  • Monitoring and reporting any damaged or defective products, equipment, or facilities.
  • Collaborating with other warehouse staff and management to improve warehouse processes and procedures.
  • Maintaining records of inventory, orders, and shipments using inventory management software and other systems.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by warehouse management.


To be successful in this role, a warehouse associate should have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Additionally, they should have basic computer skills and be physically fit, as the job may require heavy lifting and long periods of standing, walking, or moving around the warehouse.


Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
