    Job Description

    Education & Experience:

    •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

    •Basic knowledge of electrical principles is a plus

    •1 to 3 years of experience in a Mechanical Engineering / Design position

    •Experience designing and revising drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD

    •Machine or capital equipment design experience

    •Experience in documenting engineering work

    •Should have strong written and verbal communication skills

    •Excellent problem solving ability

    •Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office, including excel and a basic comfort level with technology

    •Proven customer service orientation toward both internal and external customers

    •Able to work effectively with individuals in various departments and levels

    •Proven ability to work alone or on a team on a broad variety of projects

    •Should be able to successfully manage multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment

    •Demonstrated organizational skills

    •Knowledge or experience in a heavy equipment manufacturing environment is a plus
