• Service Follow-Up: Monitor ongoing customer cases from initial estimate to final service completion, ensuring a high conversion rate and excellent customer experience.
• Information Provision: Clearly communicate details about our services, pricing, and procedures to clients, aiding their decisionmaking process.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to enhance customer interaction quality and ensure consistent service delivery.
• Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks including documentation of customer interactions and lead tracking.
