Job Summary:
Responsiblities:
- Customer Interaction: Answer and manage incoming calls and inquiries with a professional demeanor. Ensure all communications are handled promptly and with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Lead Management: Proactively follow up on leads from our website, phone inquiries, and other channels to schedule estimates and convert these opportunities into bookings.
- Scheduling Coordination: Arrange and confirm appointments for inperson estimates, maintaining a seamless scheduling process.
- Service Follow-Up: Monitor ongoing customer cases from initial estimate to final service completion, ensuring a high conversion rate and excellent customer experience.
- Information Provision: Clearly communicate details about our services, pricing, and procedures to clients, aiding their decisionmaking process.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to enhance customer interaction quality and ensure consistent service delivery.
- Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks including documentation of customer interactions and lead tracking.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in a collision repair or auto body shop setting, ideally in an administrative or customerfacing role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Remote Work Proficiency: Capable of working independently from home, demonstrating strong selfmanagement and accountability.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Industry Acumen: Familiarity with collision repair terminology and procedures is highly preferred.
- Interpersonal Skills: A positive, teamoriented attitude with a commitment to contributing to a collaborative work environment.
