    Nextiva is excited to welcome a Manager of Outbound Sales Development reporting to the Senior Director of BDR & Automation. This person will be instrumental in our organizational pivot to capture upmarket interest through our cloud-based unified communication platform.

    You will be responsible for the pipeline development & creation for your team, supporting our Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. You will play a key role in our sales organization by working in close partnership with other sales leaders, marketing, learning & development and more as #oneteam fueling our revenue mission The right person will love optimizing team performance, developing your team to be the ultimate talent engine for our revenue organization.

    • Is optimization obsessed: Optimizing BDR performance at every turn with heavy emphasis on our prospect's experience; ensuring their first point of contact with our brand is nothing short of AMAZING
    • Is agile: Adapts to market changes, constantly refining customer engagement tactics, and ensures the team's efforts remain in lockstep with the GTM strategy.
    • Has grit (and a small dose of humble pie): Where nothing is beneath them, they'll find a way to win and do whatever it takes to ensure the team crosses the finish line together.

    Responsibilities:
    • Train & Enable members of the BDR Team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities through industry leading outbound strategies.
    • Ensure BDR Team members improve performance and abilities over time by providing coaching and feedback in recurring weekly 1:1s, weekly team meetings & more.
    • Work closely with the Growth Marketing and Events teams on Field events and targeted ad and nurture campaigns.
    • Work closely with Sales and other members of the Sales Development Leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes.
    • Work cross-functionally to identify key company accounts to develop providing feedback and recommendations by synthesizing your team's observations & successes..
    • Work in collaboration with Product Marketing to develop effective messaging for outbound communications to your team's assigned accounts.
    Requirements:
    • Have you done the role? 3+ years as an individual contributor (SDR and/or AE), preferred.
    • Have you led a team before? 4+ years of sales leadership experience, preferred.
    • Experience with CRM (Salesforce, preferred), data insight applications (ZoomInfo, 6sense, LeadIQ, SalesNav) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach).
    • Excited to tackle problems and find creative solutions
