In this role you will:


  • Scrub patient lists from multiple insurance companies by crossreferencing with EMR to ensure the patient is in the system
  • Update memo bars in EMR to indicate what service the patient is due for (Annual Wellness Exam)
  • Enter specific activities in EMR based on the patient's needs
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Update spreadsheets accordingly
  • Other duties, as assigned by supervisor.

We require:

High School diploma/GED required (Bachelor's Degree preferred)

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
  • Proficient in typing and computer skills an asset
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
  • Experience with computer skills is essential.
  • Familiarity with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems is a plus.
  • Prior relevant experience is beneficial.

Monday-Friday

Salary up to $24 based on education and experience. Benefits include Tuition Reimbursement, Health Insurance on day 1 of employment, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short and Long-term disability, 401k Plan, generous PTO time, 8 paid holidays (2 floating), and more.
