Working here means having every opportunity to achieve your goals – and to help others accomplish theirs too.Join our team as we help shape the future.The Staff Attorney is charged with handling litigation analyze legal and factual issues conduct extensive well-reasoned legal research independently develop and present defense strategies on behalf of clients prepare pleadings written discovery depositions motions and briefs in support of defense strategies with supervision provide effective timely communications information legal advice and other services to clients and claims on legaland factual issues communicate with the court witnesses opposing counsel co-counsel in a manner consistent with established office procedures responsible for prompt efficient effective disposition of assigned cases independently prepares presents witnesses evidence at trials judicial administrative hearings arbitrations alternative dispute resolutions attend CLE seminar
Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate JD from an accredited law school licensed practice state California good standing.
- Legal internship or Law Clerk experience preferred.
