    *Position Summary*We are seeking a motivated and experienced *Workers' Compensation and or Employment Attorney* with *4–5 years of legal experience* to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have solid litigation experience, strong legal research and writing skills, and a passion for advocating for clients in complex workplace matters. This role involves managing a caseload, advising clients, and advocating effectively in administrative and court settings.

    *Key Responsibilities
    • Manage a caseload of workers' compensation and employment law matters from intake through resolution.
    • Represent clients in hearings before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB), Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and other forums.
    • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests/responses, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
    • Conduct legal research and provide sound case strategy and advice.
    • Communicate and strategize with clients, opposing counsel, and administrative judges.
    • Participate in settlement negotiations and mediations.
    • Prepare for and conduct depositions, hearings, and trials as needed.
    *Qualifications**Required:

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
    • Active California Bar membership in good standing.
    • 4–5 years of experience in workers' compensation and employment law litigation.
    • Strong litigation and case management skills.
    • Excellent analytical, research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage a high volume of work with professionalism and accuracy.
    *Preferred:

    • Prior experience with WCAB, DFEH, EEOC, or State/Federal court proceedings.
    • Familiarity with California labor and employment statutes, regulations, and case law.
    • Strong negotiation and client counseling skills.
    *Compensation & Benefits**Salary:* $115,000 – $150,000 annually (DOE)
