Description

We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our expanding support team working on quant trading systems and research infrastructure.

This role works within a large Hedge Fund supporting multiple trading teams to contribute to the development of fundamental systems.


Role/Responsibilities:

  • Investigate issues in quantitative trading systems and live analytics.
  • Monitor systems, refining processes and tools for performance.
  • Develop new features using Python and / or C++.
  • Provide onboarding support.

Requirements:


  • At least 2 years of professional experience in support or software engineering roles.
  • Proficient in supporting trading systems, with a preference for experience in lowlatency systems.
  • Expertise in C++, Python, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with the software delivery lifecycle and deploying software into production environments.
  • Highly desirable experience with cloud technologies.
  • Strong team player known for collaborative efforts and exceptional communication abilities.

Pay:
$190, $225,000.00 per year

Experience:

- trading app support on low-latency systems: 4 years (required)

  • Python, C++ and
