    Description

    Piper Companies is seeking an experiencedSenior Product Managerwill develop system requirements and track completion of development across all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). A successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion. The Senior Product Manager will work onsite 3 days a week inDurham, NC .

    Responsibilities of the Senior Product Manager include :

    • Lead cross-functional teams to develop system requirements.
    • Refine and document requirements, tracking them across development, testing, and deployment.
    • Assist development of the policy administration system including new product builds
    • System enhancements.
    • Create process flows for business procedures
    • Liaison with third party vendors.
    Qualifications for the Senior Product Manager include :
    • 5+ years of experience working within IT
    • Must have experience in insurance domain, annuity/life, or financial services
    • Product Manager experience
    • Strong experience with documenting requirements
    • Manage SDLC through enterprise tools such as JIRA.
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business management, or information technology
    Compensation for the Senior Product Manager include :
    • Salary Range: $90k - $120kdepending on experience
    • Full benefits package available. Also, a 10% bonus included.
