Job Description
- Independently manage the bonus process in collaboration with other HR departments
- Independently update data in EXCEL, taking into account collective agreements and other contractual documents
- Provide advice on potential optimization of compensation processes related to variable compensation
Qualifications
- Indepth knowledge of bonus systems and variable compensation topics
- Knowledge of working in a corporate environment and familiarity with collective bargaining agreements
- Proficient in EXCEL, knowledge of SAP SF is an advantage
- Good knowledge of English is a plus, but not mandatory
- Handson mentality
