Job Description

  • Independently manage the bonus process in collaboration with other HR departments
  • Independently update data in EXCEL, taking into account collective agreements and other contractual documents
  • Provide advice on potential optimization of compensation processes related to variable compensation

Qualifications

  • Indepth knowledge of bonus systems and variable compensation topics
  • Knowledge of working in a corporate environment and familiarity with collective bargaining agreements
  • Proficient in EXCEL, knowledge of SAP SF is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of English is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Handson mentality
