Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Answers phone and greet visitors in a friendly, efficient manner; forwards messages/information to staff; provides directional assistance and relays information; accepts deliveries and assists office personnel with clerical duties
  • Respond to field staff requests for records, Send and receive fax, Make copies/ packets/ folders, etc as requested
  • Participate in coordinating care and scheduling with management and patient interdisciplinary team
  • Supporting administrative tasks and auditing

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Minimum of two years of scheduling, or similar role experience.
  • Hospice experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong commitment to organizational values: service excellence, accountability, integrity, and teamwork.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Must be computer literate in Apple Ecosystem and Google Drive apps.
