The successful candidate will provide exceptional care to patients in need of occupational therapy services, contributing to improved quality of life and functional independence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' functional abilities and needs.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
    • Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to promote independence in daily activities.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
    • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with team members, patients, and caregivers.

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
    • Valid Virginia state license or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
    • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Prior experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred.
