Your Job


You are the phone joker for our customers and know the answer to (almost) every question. With your solution-oriented and empathetic approach, you help them solve technical problems. For us, the result and satisfaction of our customers are what matters.

Your Tasks

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers for disruptions and technical questions about our products
  • You receive and resolve reports of disruptions within the given possibilities
  • You document customer inquiries in the CRM and create tickets for further processing by other departments
  • You monitor ongoing processes and actively inform customers about the current status

Your Profile

  • You have previous experience in 1st and 2nd level (IT) support
  • You are passionate about IT and have a good technical understanding
  • You are highly service-oriented and have a friendly and courteous manner with customers
  • You are flexible and work goal-oriented
  • You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, and good verbal communication skills. Knowledge of English is an advantage
