What You Will Be Doing

As the project manager, you will be responsible to lead, direct and supervise team members to successfully execute project completion.

You will be in charge of overall plan direction with a focus on time and operations and staying aligned with deadlines.

You will provide jobsite leadership with an emphasis in job quality and safety. You will collaborate with Designers, Managers, Clients and work with internal teams to meet and exceed client expectations.

Duties:

Prepare and Organize project schedules.
Oversee and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Lead the project team effectively ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities

Requirements:

Associate or BS degree in Engineering, Architect, or construction management.
Proven working experience in project management
Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong team management skills in multiple job locations and teams.
Ability in reading and understanding plans.
Proficiency in generationg schedules, work pland, and reports.
Knowlegde in Autocad and survey measurements.
Ability to drive and travel within the US.

Pay:
From $48,000.00 per year
