Quality Metal Finishing Co. is looking for an experienced
Maintenance Technician to work in a fast-paced production environment. Experience is preferred for this position
This is a
1st shift position. Health and Dental Insurance, 401K options, paid time off, and weekly pay.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow and implement all safety procedures including LOTO and EHS.
- Coordinate contractors to perform projects and repairs of the building and equipment.
- Ensure all repairs are completed correctly and efficiently.
- Work closely with environmental health and safety personnel on all EHS issues.
- Track and record all daily, monthly, quarterly and annual inspections and PM's.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance and repair.
- The ability to troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical issues. This includes but is not limited to PLC's, controls, motors, drives, conveyors, grinders, pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, electrical systems, cleaning, etc.
- Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
