Description

The Schwarz Restaurant Group is the gastronomy division of the Schwarz Group companies and is responsible for all restaurants. They serve over 7,000 guests daily at ten locations with a healthy and diverse cuisine.

Your Menu

Managing and actively executing events and catering in the service department
Coordinating the entire service area for events and catering to ensure a smooth operation
Planning resources for goods, ingredients, and equipment
Providing professional leadership, scheduling, and training for the service team
Contributing your own expertise and support in the service department
Ensuring compliance with quality standards and HACCP regulations, as well as maintaining operational standards for events and catering in the service department
Acting as a liaison between guests and event management

Your Ingredients

Successfully completed gastronomic training, such as hotel or restaurant management, with additional training in the gastronomy field preferred
Several years of experience in service or hospitality, preferably in upscale gastronomy
Knowledge of professional leadership, planning, and execution of events
Strong communication skills, ability to handle stress, and flexibility
