Overview:
***: The incumbent in this position is responsible for performing or assisting in the planning and execution of the compliance standard operating procedures, compliance audits, and special projects. The additional responsibilities will include assisting in maintaining the Title 31 Program. This individual regularly interacts with mid-level management to discuss potentially contentious issues and recommend improved business practices.


Responsibilities:


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for auditing all paperwork for compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Program.
  • Audit Multiple Transaction Logs and Currency Transaction Reports generated by the Cage, Table Game and Slot Departments.
  • Examine logs and reports for completeness and compliance with all regulation requirements.
  • Recommend and develop procedures as related to the audit of Currency Transaction and Suspicious Activity Reports.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Promote outstanding customer relations.
  • Reports to the Director
  • Compliance.

NON-ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Attend seminars when needed.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

- (Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis)_

High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred. Minimum two years' previous casino experience required.

  • Must obtain and maintain valid licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming/Lottery regulations.
  • Must successfully pass background check.
  • Must successfully pass drug screening.
  • Must be twentyone (21) years of age.
  • Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts.

KNOWLEDGE OF:


  • Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Indiana Gaming Commission.
  • Investigative procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Extreme confidentiality.

ABILITY TO:


  • Be flexible to work varying shifts and time schedules as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of employees and guests.
  • Review and comprehend all necessary documentation.
  • Complete standard company forms and reports.
  • Manage multiple tasks concurrently in a changing environment.
  • Work independently.
