Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Barista/Server to join our team.

As a Barista/Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests.

If you have a passion creating coffee drinks/serving guests and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

• Prepare and serve beverages such as coffee, teas and nonalcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink/food selections
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant area throughout entire shift and before departure of shift
• Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner and excellent customer service
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Assist with restocking your area during and after shifts
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient service
• Bake goods such as cookies, brownies, baklava and more during shifts and before shift ends to ensure theres enough for the next shift

Skills:

• On time for shifts
• Proficiency in using POS systems and cash registers
• Knowledge of restaurant operations
• Excellent barista/serving skills
• Ability to handle food safely and follow food safety guidelines
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a positive manner
