PART-TIME GRADER / OFFICE ASSISTANT - STARTING IMMEDIATELY

• 9 HOURS PER WEEK AFTERNOONS AND/OR EVENINGS Tue-Fri

We are an established after-school education center that has been helping students excel for over 30 years. We are looking for a part-time assistant who can work with people and help with office tasks.
This job is ideal for current college students.

REQUIREMENTS:


HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA
MATH SKILLS - Familiar with math through Algebra 1

ENGLISH SKILLS - Fluent in English. Can read and edit paragraphs for grammatical errors

ABILITY TO TYPE (50 + words per minute)


PUNCTUAL AND DEPENDABLE

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Live within 30 minutes of South Pasadena

Familiar with Microsoft Word

Experience copying, typing, and filing


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

(Mainly) Correcting math homework assignments (using a provided key)

Answering phones / taking messages

Scheduling appointments

Document typing / copying / scanning / filing

Cleaning
