Description

We are seeking an experienced individual who is hands-on and can be an expert on the status of our clients' billing, collections, operations, the process and procedure of the billing department, and generate reports.


Responsibilities:


  • Process and calculate customer billings and handle A/R collections
  • Responsible for review, corrections, and finalization of invoices in compliance with our billing guides and policies
  • Investigate and resolve customer billing concerns and collection issues
  • Provide billing support answer daytoday questions
  • Maintain customer relationships
  • Develop and work with efficient billing procedures, policies, and tools; Including the maintenance and updates of training manuals
  • Create management reports in Excel moderate to advanced required

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experienced in processing customer billings and A/R management
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel skills, Microsoft Office Suite and Tech Savvy with commonly used software solutions
  • Ability to work internally and externally with different personality types
  • Quick learner, detailoriented, and resourceful
  • Must be a problemsolver, teamplayer and solutions expert

Salary:
$ $24.00 per hour
