POSITION:
Technical Customer Service Employee (m/f/d)


To expand our service team at our Meppen location, we are currently seeking a technical employee (m/f/d) for our internal department.

For over 30 years, LUDDEN & MENNEKES ENTSORGUNGS-SYSTEME GMBH has been designing and constructing press systems for compactable recyclables. Our focus is on manufacturing and distributing a wide range of products, from self-compacting containers to large handling systems.


YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed training as an electrician, mechatronics technician, or equivalent qualification, also open to career changers
  • Hydraulic knowledge is desirable
  • Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
  • Experience and enjoyment in dealing with customers
  • Good communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Technical support for our national and international customers
  • User advice on application, technology, system operation, and maintenance of our systems
  • Coordination and processing of customer inquiries
  • Acceptance and processing of spare parts orders
  • Coordination of onsite service assignments
  • Maintenance and expansion of the existing service network
