TEAM LEADER (M/F/D)

CENTRAL SUPPORT SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team
  • Management of employees and daily operations, as well as fostering a constructive team and work atmosphere
  • Conducting employee discussions and performance evaluations
  • Coordination and ensuring the implementation of technical issues in the areas of purchasing processes and IT tools, contract management, sustainability, supply chain legislation, and Conflict Minerals Reporting Template, as well as purchasing controlling
  • Participation in the strategic direction of the team and deriving operational objectives for the area of responsibility in coordination with the department management
  • Continuous optimization of processes and contract management in purchasing
  • Initiating escalations in case of deviations and managing measures to find solutions

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completed degree, e.g. in business administration or industrial engineering, or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent expertise in the abovementioned area of responsibility, ideally in an international automotive environment
  • Extensive knowledge in operational supplier management and the use of SAP
  • High social competence and experience in employee leadership
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • High level of analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Confident appearance, excellent communication skills, as well as strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
