Job Overview:
Operations Manager


Job Duties:
Develop and implement policies and procedures to guide the organization's operations. Manage daily operations, including scheduling and resource allocation. Plan and coordinate the use of materials and human resources across multiple departments or locations. Oversee budgeting and financial planning for the organization's operations. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Monitor and evaluate the performance of subordinate supervisors, providing feedback and guidance as needed. Resolve operational issues and challenges as they arise.


Requirements:

At least seven years of experience in Operations Management in Automotive Industry Proven managerial skills of automotive service advisors and technicians.


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

  • Phoenix, AZ 85034: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location:
In person
